EVRAZ signed US$750m syndicated credit facility

EVRAZ plc ("EVRAZ") announces that it has signed a US$750 million syndicated unsecured credit facility (the "Facility"), maturing in 2025. The Facility was arranged and fully underwritten by a group of 10 international banks.

The Facility is available for drawing until 18 March 2021.The proceeds of the Facility will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing of the public debt maturities upcoming in Q1 2021.
