SCHEDULE A attached to and forming part of the Articles of Amendment of Voyageur Mineral Explorers Corp. (the "Corporation").

The articles of the Corporation are amended as follows:

1. Effective upon the filing date of these Articles of Amendment, all of the issued and outstanding Common Shares in the capital stock of the Corporation are consolidated on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Share for every four (4) Common Shares held immediately prior to the share consolidation, and each fractional post-consolidation Common Share resulting from the foregoing consolidation of the Common Shares of the Corporation shall be rounded down to the nearest whole post-consolidation Common Share.

2. To change the name of the Corporation to:

Evolve Royalties Ltd. / Redevances Evolve Ltée.
