This letter is being furnished to you in connection with the refiling of the Company’s Management Discussion and Analysis for the years ended September 30, 2019 and 2019 (the “ Annual MD&A ”). The Annual MD&A was originally filed January 28, 2020; however, it bore a date of January 27, 2020, which pre-dated the date of January 28, 2020, on the Independent Auditor’s Report forming part of the related audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended September 30, 2019 and 2018.

The date on the Annual MD&A has, therefore, been amended from January 27, 2020, to January 28, 2020.

The Company confirms no other changes were made to the Annual MD&A filed on this date – January 30, 2020.
