Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 17, 2015, Evolution Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids reserve information at fiscal year-end June 30, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
