Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVN) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that:

• the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held virtually on Thursday 25 November 2021 at 11.00am AEDT with full details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market and available on our website in October; and

• the closing date and time for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 5.00pm AEDT Thursday 7 October 2021.
