RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM ESCROW
The Company advises that a total of 34,160,364 fully paid ordinary shares, 11,386,786 listed options (exercisable at 20 cents each on or before 20 August 2006) and 500,000 unlisted options (exercisable at 30 cents each on or before 14 September 2004) shall be released from escrow on 20 August 2004.
