CATALPA RESOURCES LIMITED: REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Catalpa Resources Limited ACN 084 669 036 (the Company) hereby requests that its securities on the ASX be placed in voluntary suspension pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed equity raising for the development of the Edna May Project.
The Company anticipates that it will be in a position to make a further announcement to the market concerning the proposed equity raising on or before Tuesday, 31 March 2009.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the requested voluntary suspension should not be granted.
