NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
Westonia Mines Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Fitzpatrick to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director.
Mark has wide experience in venture capital and investment banking throughout Australia at both the senior management and board levels. He was a senior finance executive with AIDC Limited (1983-1991) and led a successful workout and subsequent listing of United Group Limited (1991-1995). More recently, he has been involved in a range of venture capital and investment opportunities as well as managing a portfolio of property and investments.
The Board welcomes Mark and believes that the skills and experience he brings to the Company as a Non-Executive Director add significant value and complement the range of skills existing within the current Board.
