Record Date Amended for the Share Exchange of the Remaining Three Subsidiaries

Vancouver, BC – November 16, 2021 : Evolution Global Frontier Ventures Corp. (CSE: EGFV) ( the “ Company ”) to announces that the Company has amended the record date to November 18, 2021 for 1315611 B.C. Ltd., 1315617 B.C. Ltd., and 1315622 B.C. Ltd., to participate in a share exchange with the company as allowed for under the plan of arrangement. The Company and/or the respective subsidiary company will announce when the completion of all steps of the share exchange pursuant to the arrangement have been finalized for the final effective date.
