The author consents to the filing of the NI 43-101 Technical Report with an Effective date of July 20, 2020, and Modified date of November 8, 2020, with any stock exchanges or other regulatory authority and any publication by them, including electronic publication in the public company files on the websites accessible by the public, of the Technical Report in regards to the Final Prospectus.
