Evolution Energy Minerals Limited (ASX: EV1) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Evolution Energy Minerals Limited (‘EV1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of EV1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 13 August 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Evolution Energy Minerals (“Evolution”) (ASX: EV1) requests the implementation of a trading halt in its securities, effective from the commencement of trading today, 9 August 2024.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Evolution provides the following information in relation to its request:

• a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding the Tranche 2 Placement and associated matters;

• b) Evolution requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 13 August 2024, or when the anticipated announcement referred to in (a) above is released to the market; and

• c) Evolution is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
