Evogene Ltd., or the Company, reports that it has mutually agreed with Mr. Eyal Leibovitz, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, or CFO, that the service of Mr. Leibovitz as the Company's CFO will end on December 31, 2016.

The Company has initiated an external search for a successor.
