Evogene Ltd., or Evogene, today announces changes in the management of its subsidiary, Ag Plenus Ltd., or Ag Plenus, a global leader in designing and developing novel sustainable crop protection products:

Dr. Dan Jacob Gelvan will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer, or CEO, of Ag Plenus effective as of February 19, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K, or this Form 6-K.
