On July 6, 2021, Evogene Ltd. (“ Evogene ”) announced positive results for a herbicide resistance trait to a leading herbicide product candidate of its subsidiary Ag Plenus Ltd. (“ AgPlenus ”). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K (this “ Form 6-K ”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
