Evli Bank Plc: Conversion of 14,667 Series A shares to Series B shares

EVLI BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE NOVEMBER 17, 2017 AT 11:15 AM

The Board of Directors of Evli Bank Plc have in their meeting on November
9, 2017 approved the request of a shareholder to convert 14,667 Series A shares
of Evli Bank Plc to Series B shares in accordance with Article 4 in the Articles
of Association.

After the conversion of shares, the company's amount of Series A shares totals
15,795,773 and the amount of B shares totals 7,579,647.  The conversion does not
affect the total amount of shares which is 23,375,420. The number of votes of
the company's shares is after the conversion 323,495,107.

The conversions of shares were registered in the Trade Register on November
17, 2017. The converted shares will be traded on the Nasdaq Helsinki together
with the old shares on November 20, 2017.
