EVLI BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE FEBRUARY 13, 2019, AT 9.50 AM

Janne Lassila, member of the Executive Group and Head of Institutional Clients
at Evli Bank will leave the company and he's place at the Executive Group as of
April 1, 2019.

"Janne Lassila has been working for Evli for over 25 years in various roles,
mainly in institutional asset management. During the last years, he has been a
member of Evli's Executive Group and in charge of Evli's institutional clients,
where he has played a key role in growing the business to its current size. I
would like to thank Janne for his contribution at Evli and wish him all the best
in his future challenges", Maunu Lehtimäki, Evli Bank's CEO comments.

Kim Pessala has been appointed new member of the Executive Group and Head of
Institutional Clients as of April 1, 2019. Pessala has previously worked as
Managing Director of Evli Fund Management Company Ltd. With this nomination, he
will renounce his position as Managing Director of Evli Fund Management Company
Ltd.
