Change in Evli Group Plc's Executive Group

Lea Keinänen, Head of Institutional clients, the Executive Vice President and in
accordance with the Companies Act, deputy to the CEO of Evli Bank Plc will leave
her current tasks and place at the Executive Group as of 1 May 2017. Keinänen
will be on sabbatical leave.

Janne Lassila has been appointed new member of the Executive Group and Head of
Institutional clients as of 1 May 2017. Lassila has previously worked as
Managing Director of Evli Fund Management Company. With this nomination, Lassila
will renounce his position as Managing Director of Evli Fund Management Company.
Juho Mikola, CFO, has been appointed deputy to the CEO of Evli Bank Plc as of 1
May 2017.
