EVISO: CONVERSION OF NO. 14,778 MULTIPLE-VOTING SHARES (EQUAL TO 0.61%) INTO ORDINARY SHARES

Saluzzo (CN), 1 June 2026 – eVISO S.p.A. (symbol: EVISO) – technology company, listed on the EGM, operating in the electricity, gas and fruit sectors – announces that, following a request for the conversion of his multiple-voting shares into ordinary shares submitted by a shareholder other than the reference shareholders, in accordance with art. 6-bis of the Company’s bylaws, no. 14,778 multiple-voting shares, equal to 0.61% of the total multiple-voting shares, have been converted into an equivalent number of ordinary shares.

The new ordinary shares were credited to the securities deposit accounts of the requesting shareholder with effect from 29 May 2026 (in accordance with the applicable provisions of the bylaws), with the simultaneous cancellation of the corresponding multiple-voting shares.

Like the other ordinary shares already outstanding, the no. 14,778 ordinary shares resulting from such conversion have the ISIN code IT0005430936 and are admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Milan.

The updated bylaws of the Company will be made available, within the limits of the law, on the Company’s website www.eviso.ai in the section “Governance/Documents and Procedures”, as well as on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
