Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 3, 2017, Robert Lazar was appointed Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance of EnviroStar, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lazar, age 52, previously served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance for Steiner Leisure Limited, a provider of spa services and manufacturer and distributor of cosmetics, where he was employed since 2000. Prior to joining Steiner Leisure Limited, Mr. Lazar worked in various capacities at Arthur Andersen LLP, including as Senior Manager from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Lazar will receive an initial annual base salary of $175,000 from the Company.
