EVgo Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on November 10, 2021 announcing its financial results for EVgo HoldCo, LLC for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 10, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company will host its third quarter 2021 earnings conference call and webcast. Via webcast, the Company will present portions of its Q3 Earnings Call presentation (the “Earnings Call Presentation”), which contains a summary of the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2021, financial estimates, and certain other financial and operating information regarding the Company. A copy of the Earnings Call Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
