EVgo Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on August 11, 2021 announcing its financial results for EVgo HoldCo, LLC for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 11, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company will host its second quarter 2021 earnings conference call and webcast. Via webcast, the Company will present portions of its Q2 Earnings Call presentation (the “Earnings Call Presentation”), which contains a summary of the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2021, financial estimates, and certain other financial and operating information regarding the Company. A copy of the Earnings Call Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
