Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces it was notified today that Michael Rosehill, a director of the Company, bought 14,362 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 91 pence per share on 13th May 2014. Following this transaction Mr Rosehill's beneficial interest is now 153,116 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
