Other Events.

On February 5, 2013, the Company issued a news release announcing that the Board of Trustees had approved an increase in the quarterly dividend to $0.3675 per share payable on March 28, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2013. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
