This is to inform you that Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board by resolution passed by circulation today i.e. May 28, 2021 has allotted 6,700 Equity Shares of ₹ 10/- each to the employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2019.
Consequently, with effect from May 28, 2021, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 15,64,30,400 /- divided into 1,56,43,040 Equity Shares of ₹ 10/each.
