Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e. May 7, 2021, have appointed Mr. Pramod Nair as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 11, 2021.

Mr. Pramod Nair has 14 years of rich experience in managing finance primarily in FMCG companies. He has held multiple finance roles in Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) across commercial, Business finance and in his last role, he was CFO of Unilever Nepal, a subsidiary of HUL, for 4 years. Thereafter, he joined True North Managers, an Indian private equity firm, where he was driving strategy and performance management for True North’s investments in consumer sector. He is ranker Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Indore.
