This is to inform you that the Company has received a letter from Mr Y Srinivasa Rao, Whole Time Director of the Company, requesting for being allowed to retire from the position of Whole Time Director and resigning as Director of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours on April 9, 2021 due to personal reasons.
The Board of Directors in its meeting held today expressed its deep appreciation for the leadership which Mr. Rao has provided to the Company and has accepted his request for retirement from the position of Whole Time Director and his resignation as Director of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours on April 9, 2021.
