CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Ever Sunshine Lifestyle Services Group Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Ms. Yeung Ching Man (“ Ms. Yeung ”) has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the “ Company Secretary ”) with effect from 21 January 2021.

Ms. Yeung confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no circumstances related to her resignation which need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Lee Shuk Man (“ Ms. Lee ”) has been appointed as the Company Secretary in replacement of Ms. Yeung with effect from 21 January 2021.

Ms. Lee is an assistant manager of SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and has over 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial field. She is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) in the United Kingdom since 2019. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
