CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of CIFI Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Ms. Lee Shuk Man (“ Ms. Lee ”) has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the “ Company Secretary ”), and Mr. Lin Feng (“ Mr. Lin ”) has tendered his resignation as an authorized representative of the Company (the “ Authorized Representative ”) under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Stock Exchange ”) with effect from 20 July 2021.

Ms. Lee and Mr. Lin confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board and there are no circumstances related to their resignation of the above positions which need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Chan Yin Wah (“ Ms. Chan ”) has been appointed in replacement of Ms. Lee as the Company Secretary and Mr. Lin as the Authorized Representative with effect from 20 July 2021.

Ms. Chan is an associate director of SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited. Ms. Chan has extensive company secretarial professional experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’ degree in professional accounting. Ms. Chan is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom. She is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Lin and Ms. Lee for their contribution to the Company during their tenure of service as the Authorized Representative and the Company Secretary, respectively, and welcome Ms. Chan on her new appointment.
