Jadar Lithium Limited (ASX: JDR ) ( Jadar Lithium or the Company ) refers to the shareholder approval granted at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2019 to change the name of the Company from Jadar Lithium Limited to Jadar Resources Limited.

The change of company name process has now been completed and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission has recorded the change of company name effective 6 December 2019. The Company’s new website is currently under construction and will be located at www.jadar.com.au.
