JADAR LITHIUM LIMITED – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Jadar Lithium Limited (ASX: JDR) (“the Company”) requests a trading halt of its securities from the ASX.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The trading halt is being requested pending an announcement by the Company in response to a ASX Price Query.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Thursday, 5 July 2018 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

3. The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
