Jadar Lithium Limited (ASX: JDR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Jadar Lithium Limited (‘JDR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of JDR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 3 October 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

JADAR LITHIUM LIMITED – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Jadar Lithium Limited (ASX: JDR) (“the Company”) requests a trading halt of its securities from the ASX.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The trading halt is being requested pending an announcement by the Company concerning a proposed acquisition.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday, 3 October 2018 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

3. The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
