Withdrawal of Resolution 4

Jadar Lithium Limited (ASX: JDR ) (“ Jadar ” or “ the Company ”) advises that, given the resignation of Mr Martin Pawlitschek as previously announced, proposed Resolution 4 for the election of Mr Martin Pawlitschek to be put to the Annual General Meeting today, has been withdrawn.
