ASX Extension Granted

South East Asia Resources Limited (to be renamed Jadar Lithium Limited) (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (“Company”) is pleased to advise that ASX has extended the Company's de-listing deadline to the commencement of trading on 3 January 2018. The Company advises the following:

• The extension was granted on the basis that the Company is in the final stages of completing the acquisition of the Serbian Lithium Projects, as outlined in the Company’s prospectus dated 29 September 2017 (Prospectus); and

• should the Company's securities not be reinstated to quotation by the commencement of trading on 3 January 2018, ASX will immediately remove the Company from the official list from the open of trading on that day and no further extensions will be permitted.
