PRE-REINSTATEMENT DISCLOSURE

South East Asia Resources Limited (to be renamed Jadar Lithium Limited) (“Company”) will be reinstated to Official Quotation from the commencement of trading on Friday, 29 December 2017, following the Company’s re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules pursuant to Listing Rule 11.1.3.
