At the meeting of creditors held on 20 March 2015 pursuant to Section 439A of the Corporations Act 2001, creditors resolved for the Company to execute a Deed of Company Arrangement.
The Deed of Company Arrangement was executed by the Company on 10 April 2015 and by David Ingram, Cameron Shaw and Richard Albarran on 16 April 2015.
Accordingly, David Ingram, Cameron Shaw and Richard Albarran of Hall Chadwick, were appointed Deed Administrators of the Company on 16 April 2015.
