Market Update - Suspension from Official Quotation

South East Asia Resources Limited (ASX: SXI ) (the Company ) wishes to update the market with the following:

The Company lodged its Annual Report for 30 June 2014 on 28 October 2014, with a disclaimer of opinion by its auditors.

The Company was suspended from listing on 30 September 2014 and has been working with the ASX, by providing supporting information in relation to its financial position in order to progress towards reinstatement of the Company.

The ASX advised the Company today that, due to the disclaimer of opinion by its auditors, included in the Annual Report for 30 June 2014 it will not be reinstated until the Company issues a non-disclaimed financial report.

The directors of the Company are working towards this reinstatement and will update the market in due course.
