Clarification on Independent Research Report Release

South East Asia Resources Limited ( the “Company”; ASX : SXI) would like to advise that SXI is a corporate client of Alpha Securities Pty Ltd (“Alpha”) and that Alpha will receive a consultancy fee from SXI for compiling the research report referred to in the announcement lodged on 24 September 2013.
