Further to previous announcements, Victory West Moly Limited (Victory West) wishes to confirm that as from Friday 13 February 2009, the Australian Stock Exchange will officially record the change of Company name and will change the Company’s ASX Code to “ VWM ”.

Victory West also takes this opportunity to advise shareholders that it has submitted the required Appendix 1A “ASX Listing Application and Agreement” to the ASX and anticipates that the suspension of its securities will be lifted shortly after the current prospectus has been completed.
