Richfield Group Limited - Sulawesi Molybdenum Project

Richfield Group Limited (ASX: RCH) wishes to announce the following:

• Presentation of work program and budget to Toli Toli Government representatives completed
• Work program timetable finalised with initial drilling targeted for July 2008
• Capital raising plan to fund work program agreed

Presentation of the work program and budget to Toli Toli representatives was completed by RCH Geologist yesterday. The program allows for data acquisition, GIS data entry, setting up a field office and camp, mapping, geochemical and rock chip sampling, gridding and trenching and an initial drilling program of 2500metres.

The company is finalising arrangements for a capital injection of \$2-3 million by agreement with major shareholders who have expressed a willingness to make their options available for early exercise. The approach will limit further dilution to existing shareholders.

Toli Toli Government representatives have confirmed that they will work to the timetable set down in the RCH work program and will assist RCH in obtaining all necessary approvals during that period.
