SALE OF SHARES HELD BY CHIMAERA CAPITAL LIMITED
Further to previous announcements made by Richfield Group (ASX: RCH) (the Company) regarding shareholdings held by Chimaera Capital Limited, the Company announces that Chimaera Capital Limited is no longer a shareholder in Richfield Group Limited.
The Company wishes to confirm they are fully focussed on the exciting Molybdenum project in Sulawesi and are looking forward to commencing the drilling programme on 1[st] August 2008.
Despatch of shareholder meeting materials is imminent with a shareholder meeting anticipated for August 2008.
