SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION
The securities of Richfield Group Limited (the "Company") will be suspended from quotation immediately, pending the outcome of resolutions at the Company's annual general meeting regarding change of activities.
In accordance with ASX's requirements for compliance with Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules, if shareholders approval is obtained, it is expected that the Company's securities will be suspended from quotation immediately following such approval and will remain suspended until the Company has complied with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.

REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION
The Annual General Meeting of shareholders to consider the proposed change of nature and scale of activities of Richifeld Group Limited (ASX Code: RCH) ("the Company") is to be held on 26 November 2008.
The Directors of the Company hereby request the suspension of the Company's securities prior to the commencement of trading on 26 November 2008.
In accordance with the ASX requirements of Chapters 11 of the ASX Listing Rules, assuming that the shareholders approve the business of the annual general meeting, it is expected that RCH's securities will be suspended from official quotation for the period immediately following the abovementioned shareholder meeting, until the time that the Company has complied with the requirements of Chapters 1 & 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the securities of the Company should not be suspended or any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
