Change in Directors

The Company wishes to advise that Mr Jack Guo Jin Bai and Mr Christopher Bai have resigned as Directors effective immediately and have been replaced by Mr Michael Scivolo and Mr Mark Balfour.

Mr Scivolo and Mr Balfour have sound commercial and business knowledge/experience and will be valuable additions to the Board of Richfield Group Limited.
