CAPITAL RAISING - 15% PLACEMENT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED

Richfield Group Limited (ASX:RCH) is pleased to announce it has completed a placement raising \$521,250.00. The placement was undertaken via a sophisticated investor book build.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10.3, the Company provides the following information:

• a) under the capital raising, the Company will issue a maximum of 69,500,000 ordinary full paid shares at \$0,0075 per share:
• b) the shares to be issued under the capital raising will rank equally in all respects from the date of allotment with existing ordinary shares;
• c) the funds raised will be issued by the Company to its 15% allocation entitlement under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, and as such, shareholder approval is not required; and
• d) the funds raised will be used to advance the Company's objectives of making investments in the area of computer and technology import, distribution and operation and will be used to fund the growth of the business.

Settlement of the placement will occur on 16 March 2007.
