Richfield Group Ltd (ASX:RCH) refers to this morning's announcement regarding the Record date and advises that the ASX is quoting the shares as "ex-entitlement' to the Rights Issue from today on the basis of the previously supplied timetable.

The Record Date remains at 30 October 2007.
