Richfield Group Limited - Change to allotment date in Share Option rights issue

Richfield Group Limited (ASX:RCH) announced today an amendment to the Allotment Date under the Share Option rights issue, to allow the Underwriter, Ashes Capital, to allot the shortfall previously advised to the market.

The new allotment date will be Thursday 6 December 2007 and application for trading in the Share Options will be made soon afterwards.
