In Specie Distribution

On the 28 October 2004 the Company announced a return of capital to shareholders by way of an in specie distribution of 4,646,760 fully paid ordinary shares in Richfield International Limited, the return of capital was subject to certain conditions being satisfied as set out in the Share Sale Agreement.

Richfield Group Limited advises that the conditions have been finalised and completed to the satisfaction of the Company and the allotment of shares to shareholders has occurred on 30 November 2005.
