REINSTATEMENT TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION
The securities of Richfield Group Limited (the "Company") will be reinstated to official quotation from the commencement of trading on Friday 10 January 2003, following completion of a fundraising by the Company.

Company Announcement
Richfield Group Limited wishes to advise that it has completed its recapitalisation with the successful placement of 151,400,000 shares at 1 cent each to raise \$1,514,000 for working capital.
Richfield Group Limited will continue its core activities as a wholesaler/supplier of memory modules and computer components. The market for the computer trading division will be concentrated in the South East Asian region, where the group currently has a network of established suppliers and wholesalers for the product. In Singapore, the computer related business activities will be conducted through a 100% controlled entity, Eastern Prime Corporation Pte Ltd.
Richfield Group Limited is also venturing into logistics related activities in Australia. Over the next 12 months, the group intends to set up offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. The expansion of the logistics related business will be spearheaded by Mr CC Tan, the Company's CEO, capitalising on his years of logistics experience in the region. The business for the logistics related business will be conducted through a 100% controlled entity Richfield Shipping Pty Ltd.
Attached is a consolidated pro-forma statement of financial position to reflect the capital raising, cancellation of the paid up capital and the disposal of it's former subsidiary DP Computers Pte Ltd pursuant to the announcement to the ASX on the 2 December 2002
Also enclosed is a projected quarterly cash flow statement for the 4 quarters ending 31 December 2003.
