EV Resources Limited (ASX: EVR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of EV Resources Limited (‘EVR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of EVR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 28 February 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

EV RESOURCES LIMITED – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, EV Resources Limited (ASX: EVR) (“the Company”) requests that an immediate trading halt be put on its securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The trading halt is being requested pending an announcement regarding a capital raise.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday, 28 February 2024 and when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

3. The event that will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

5. There is no further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
