Completion of Entitlements Issue Under- subscription

Victory West Moly Limited (previously known as Richfield Group Limited – ASX: RCH) wishes to announce the finalisation of the under subscription of the Entitlements Issue undertaken last year with the Underwriter.

This will result in the issue of the remaining 168,636,052 new ordinary shares amounting to $1,686,360.52.
