Director Resignation

EV Resources Limited (ASX:EVR) (“ EVR ”, the “ Company ”) advises that Ms Lynette Suppiah has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective immediately, to focus on other business interests.

EVR thanks Ms Suppiah for her contribution and service to the Company since her appointment to the Board in May 2021 and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.
